Over his 30+ year legal career, Mr. Stowers has developed extensive experience in all aspects of employment law and counseling clients on workplace issues. He has successfully tried cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour disputes. Mr. Stowers prides himself on achieving favorable outcomes for both employers and employees.
Outside of work, Mr. Stowers serves on the boards of several community organizations focused on employment law issues and workforce development. He is a longstanding member of the American Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law section.

After graduating from Texas State University, Stephen took a gap year and then attended Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law from 2016-2019. While in practice, Stephen has always represented the people. He practiced immigration law securing green cards for individuals seeking to stay in the United States permanently. He has practiced employment discrimination the past couple of years defending employee's and securing six-figure settlements for his clients.
In his downtime, Stephen is the Project King Director for Bloom Project, Inc. He is an active member of his fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Additionally, Stephen loves to explore different cuisines and enhance his culinary abilities at home.
